The Ramirez SP model rank between the famous 1a concert model and
the student model 4E. The 4E model cost around HK$22,XXX
at Tom Lee Music. If you have tried the 4E model and make you disappointed
with it's dull treble, unbalanced sound and poor workmanship. The SP model
would make you change your mind.
The first SP model is produced in 90 and stop produced around 97 because
the cost of the production is too high. Now Ramirez produce this SP model again. SP model hand made with the high quality wood and material as the 1a concert model using.
The Spruce top give this guitar a very balanced sound between treble and
bass. It also has better projection and volume in the concert hall because it's
focused sound. Yet, it produce sweet, warm and elegant sound that cedar
top guitar cannot reach.
This guitar would perfect for a player who appreciates the Segovia sound.
